- How will I hear about progress?
- With your client's written permission, Lindsey sends your office updates as the case moves.
- What does she handle?
- Insurance denials and appeals, medical bills, and medical debt. She doesn't give legal, medical, or financial advice.
- Is the work documented?
- Yes. Lindsey keeps a record of every call, letter, and appeal, and can share it with your office if your client agrees.
- Can I refer more than one client?
- Yes. Each client gets their own free first call and signs their own fee agreement. See pricing.
- What if the case gets complicated?
- Longer cases move to hourly or monthly support. If a case needs an attorney, Lindsey will tell you and your client.
